Description About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team in El Segundo. This role is fully onsite and requires someone with strong organizational skills, accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: + Manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) + Process vendor invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments + Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers + Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations + Assist with month-end and year-end close processes + Generate financial reports as needed + Support the accounting team with audits and other projects Requirements Qualifications: + 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience + Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop & Online) and Microsoft Excel + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Excellent communication and organizational skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
