Client Services Director ($23-33/hour) Job Title: Client Services Director - Part-Time Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director, the Client Services Director serves as the primary point of contact for individuals seeking services at the Warrenton Pregnancy Center and supervises a team of volunteer support staff. General Duties: This role involves being a proactive and responsive liaison between clients, volunteers, and staff. Key responsibilities include attending weekly staff meetings, advocating for clients and volunteers, and promptly responding to communications within 24 hours. Accurate data entry into our database, maintaining smooth collaboration among client services personnel, and submitting monthly client statistics and stories to the Executive Director are also essential. The role requires written communication of client concerns, volunteer needs, and non-inventoried material goods to the appropriate leadership, as well as demonstrating strong administrative, communication, writing, and organizational skills. Computer and internet skills are required, along with the ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and interact effectively with diverse individuals while maintaining the confidentiality of client information. **Hybrid work in the office and from home. Some evening and weekend work. Spanish speaking a plus.
