Gravity Haus is expanding to Montana! We are excited to open our newest location in Big Sky this June 2025, bringing our signature blend of adventure, hospitality, and community to one of the most sought-after outdoor destinations. As we prepare for our grand opening at the end of June, we are assembling a passionate team to help us create an exceptional guest experience from day one.

What You'll Do

As a Cook I - Prep Cook at Gravity Haus, you'll play an essential role in the kitchen, preparing fresh ingredients and assisting in the creation of delicious, sustainable dishes. Your attention to detail and passion for the culinary arts will contribute to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
  • Prepare meal ingredients as directed by the executive chef or sous chefs.
  • Peel, cut, and portion fresh produce to ensure dishes are ready for cooking.
  • Assist with preparing simple dishes like salads, breads, or sauces.
  • Mix condiments, dressings, and sauces to complement dishes.
  • Follow health, safety, and food handling protocols to maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Assist with unloading, inspecting, and storing raw ingredients and supplies.
  • Be an ambassador for Gravity Haus, sharing our mission and values with colleagues and guests of:

Who You are
  • At least one year of culinary experience or a strong desire to learn.
  • Basic culinary knowledge or eagerness to develop your skills.
  • Proficient knife skills or the willingness to improve.
  • Reliability and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to sustainability, the outdoors, and personal growth.
  • Passion for creating positive guest experiences both in the kitchen and throughout the hotel.
