Our client is seeking to hire Intermediate/Expert Level Data Center Technicans professionals to work on a team that will travel to different data centers to meet customer needs. These positions will require high level understanding of data center networking, break/fix, and GPU server deployment skills. Our client is wanting to hire individuals with a passion for technology who thrive in team environments! Candidates with extensive experience in deploying server hardware are encouraged to apply! Our Data Center Technicians will be responsible for physical upgrades, server deployments, system optimizations and troubleshooting onsite for the data center. Techs will deploy circuit boards and need to be able to troubleshoot any related issues, run diagnostics, create documentation, etc. Responsibilities- -The Data Center Technician is expected to address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision -Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and services; -Provide technical and operational support, including as it relates to colocation, connectivity, and network products and services; -Support internal networks, IT infrastructure, computers, electronics, and telephone systems; -Install and deploy IT and network hardware; -Make and run patch cables as well as verify testing cable paths; Experience Level: Intermediate/ Expert Level (Minimum of 3 years of relevant Data Center experience) Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $46.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
