Job Description

GhangorCloud is seeking a highly accurate and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our data management processes. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and managing essential data across multiple platforms, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of information critical to our operations. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and exhibit strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and systems.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and correct discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data sharing and reporting.
  • Generate detailed reports and summaries for management as required.
  • Handle confidential data with discretion and in compliance with company policies.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements for efficient data management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately.
