Strong communication skills and presence is important along with data fabric and architecture knowledge. Should be able to hustle, program manage and understand the data ecosystem.

3. Strong proficiency in leading and mentoring technical teams, driving architecture best practices, and ensuring high-quality data solutions delivery
4. Expertise in modern data architecture frameworks, including data warehouses, data quality, and publishing for consumption
5. Must have: Hands-on experience with Databricks, Informatica IDMC, PowerCenter for big data processing, analytics, and collaborative development
6. Must have: Should be able to manage/drive engagements with complex clients and multiple development/implementation teams
