Location : Bushwick, New York Time : June - August Salary Range: $40 per hour 10 hours per week, with additional hours if needed About Sniffies: Sniffies is the fastest growing cruising platform for gay, bi, and curious guys, offering a fully interactive, map-based digital space where users can explore their sexual desires, kinks, and fantasies without judgment or shame. With a first-of-its-kind map interface, Sniffies connects users with nearby guys and popular cruising destinations, providing intuitive tools and unique features that make casual encounters straightforward, sexy, and on demand. Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and driven Experiential & Content Marketing Intern to join our Summer Internship Program based in Bushwick, New York. This is a hands-on role that blends content creation, social media trend-spotting, and experiential brand ambassadorship. You'll collaborate closely with our Channel Marketing team and attend events where you'll produce compelling content that reflects the Sniffies brand and cruiser community. The ideal candidate is not only tapped into LGBTQ+ culture and current internet conversations, but is also comfortable being on camera, crafting exciting social narratives, independently managing projects, and bringing bold creative ideas to the table. Responsibilities : Content Creation & Production : Develop engaging, social-first content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and X. Edit, produce, and film content-both behind the scenes and on camera, including yourself. Event Activation : Travel to Sniffies-sponsored or high-value events to serve as a brand ambassador. Create dynamic real-time and post-event content to capture key moments and atmosphere. Trendspotting : Identify and leverage cultural moments, trends, and conversations where Sniffies can authentically join in. Propose and execute quick-turn content that rides trend momentum. Content Calendar Management : Collaborate with the Channel Marketing team to execute a weekly content calendar aligned with strategic brand goals. Project Coordination : Attend weekly content meetings to pitch, refine, and track projects. Maintain clear timelines and deliverables. Self-Management : Take ownership of assigned content initiatives, from ideation to delivery. Ensure timely production and effective communication with internal stakeholders. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Align with marketing, community, and events teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution across all touchpoints. Qualifications: Strong grasp of current social media trends, platforms, and best practices. Proficiency in capturing video/photo, as well as with content editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva). Confident and charismatic on camera; comfortable producing and appearing in videos. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Passionate about queer culture, digital storytelling, and the Sniffies mission. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Ability to work 10 hours per week, with the option to add incremental hours if needed. This is a paid internship with an hourly rate of up to $40. Sniffies
