Position Overview:

R3 Health is a dynamic and fast paced bespoke healthcare environment. We are seeking a dedicated and holistic-minded Front Desk Concierge. In this position, you are the first impression of the R3 Health experience. This role requires a warm, welcoming demeanor, a high level of professionalism, and an ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing front desk operations, assisting patients with scheduling, and ensuring an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
  • Manage patient check-in/check-out processes
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with scheduling appointments
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area
  • Provide information about R3 Health services, memberships, and offerings
  • Handle intake forms and ensure accurate patient records in EMR
  • Support clinical and administrative staff with patient flow and communication
  • Assist in managing inventory and retail product display at front desk
  • Coordinate concierge-level services, such as patient reminders, follow-ups, and personal touches to enhance the client experience

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a concierge, hospitality, or front desk role (medical office preferred)
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in computer programs, included but not limited to: Microsoft Office programs, adobe, google suite, and electronic health records.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and work collaboratively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
