The Role

As a Marketing and Sales Support Manager , you'll drive business growth. You'll report directly to the VP and be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. As a member of a small, dynamic team, your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and ever-changing. You'll wear many hats, contributing to various aspects of the business.

Core Marketing Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs
• Develop & execute marketing campaigns (email, content marketing, trade shows)
• Create compelling marketing materials (brochures, presentations, website content)
• Manage and optimize the company website

Core Sales Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound sales activities (cold calling, email outreach)
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments
• Deliver effective sales presentations
• Provide excellent customer support and build long-term relationships

Must-Have

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing or sales
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Methodical problem-solver with a knack for mechanical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Nice-To-Have

• Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
• Familiarity with basic WordPress theme and plugin customization
• Understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools
• Skilled with graphic design software
