Job Description

BLASIUS MITSUBISHI HAS A RARE OPPORTUNITY FOR AN ESTABLISHED SALES MANAGER. The Sales Manager WE ARE SEEKING ensures the dealership meets new and pre-owned vehicle sales quotas through expert management and leadership of the sales team and by forecasting sales and maintaining proper inventory levels in terms of amount and vehicle types. In addition, the Sales Manager hires, trains, and monitors team member performance; resolves customer complaints; and helps with closings when necessary. Candidates must have a strong business acumen and sales aptitude and a willingness to accept full accountability for sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong leadership and motivational skills are essential. We offer;

Responsibilities;
  • Develops viable sales forecasts and associated sales strategies
  • Establishes sales quotas and manages overall sales goals
  • Trains, manages, and directs sales team so that they can meet goals and quotas
  • Ensures all sales targets are met or exceeded
  • Manages inventory in terms of display, pricing, and aging
  • Provides timely and accurate reports on all sales activities as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience in a dealership with a consistent and verifiable track record in the automotive industry with minimal job changes and impeccable references
  • A self-starter with the appropriate skill set and a great work ethic and attitude
  • Fluent in Route one, Drivecentric and CDK as well as other software applications relating to an automotive dealership are ideal
  • Fluent in CRM tools
  • Strong skills with Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word
  • Strong interpersonal skills to be used in face-to-face meetings and training sessions
  • Must possess strong people skills in order to train, manage, and direct the sales team so they can meet goals and quotas
  • Must be able to combine customer service skills with a strong close
  • Must know how to control the deal
  • Must have a good grasp of internet processes and understand how to evaluate the effectiveness of advertising
