Job Description

Office Management & Administration

• Oversee front desk operations, office supplies, and vendor coordination

• Maintain schedules, organize meetings, and manage office logistics

• Track expenses and assist with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping

• Support donation tracking and monthly financial reconciliation

• Provide administrative support to leadership as needed

• Track and manage building maintenance schedule
• Keep common spaces clean and stocked with necessary supplies (kitchens, bathrooms, etc.)

Program & Event Coordination

• Coordinate logistics and onboarding for visiting researchers

• Support events and conferences, including catering and setup/breakdown

HR & Onboarding Support

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and new hire orientation

• Support employee benefits administration and updates

• Maintain HR records and compliance documentation

• Process payroll, track time and attendance

• Guide staff through benefits enrollment and changes
