Position Overview:
Join a dynamic and growing Frum Professional Services firm, with offices in Monsey, Brooklyn, and soon Lakewood. We’re seeking a warm, professional, and tactful front-facing individual to manage first impressions and support daily office functions. This is a high-visibility role that sets the tone for client engagement and internal culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and route calls with professionalism and tact.
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients, giving an excellent first impression.
Provide support for special projects
Help manage schedules and assist with office coordination.
Adapt to evolving office needs in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experienced in customer service or receptionist work
Personable and emotionally intelligent — understands social cues and adjusts accordingly.
Calm under pressure; able to handle demanding clients with grace.
Projects a warm, capable presence — “can-do” energy .
Reliable, flexible, and comfortable jumping into varied tasks.
Technologically comfortable (email, messaging apps like WhatsApp, phone systems).
Understands and fits into a Frum, friendly, fast-paced office culture.
Enjoys being part of a collaborative and positive team.
Able to assess client tone and manage appropriately
Willingness to be fully in-office from 9–6 (10–6 can be considered).
