Power Generator Field Technicians to support customers in the Fargo, North Dakota area and surrounding regions. This is a field-based opportunity with a respected employer that offers strong compensation, hands-on training, and the independence to manage your own day.

Position Overview:
As a Power Generator Field Technician, you’ll handle maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of generator units—including those from Generac, Cummins, Kohler, and CAT . You’ll be responsible for both preventive maintenance and troubleshooting transfer switches and switchgear systems.
You’ll work with autonomy—managing your own schedule, documentation, and parts—while still being supported by a company known for investing in its technicians.
Key Responsibilities: - Perform field service on commercial and residential generator systems
- Diagnose issues and repair ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) and switchgear components
- Track and manage work orders, parts, and scheduling independently
- Provide clear communication and excellent customer service in the field
- Maintain a clean, professional, and safety-focused work environment
