Position Snapshot: You’ll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing commercial and residential generator systems in the field. Familiarity with brands like
Generac, Kohler, Cummins, and CAT is essential. Technicians in this role are treated like pros—expected to manage their own schedules, parts, and documentation while delivering exceptional service to customers.
Daily Responsibilities: - Perform preventive maintenance and routine service calls on generator units
- Diagnose and repair issues related to transfer switches and switchgear
- Maintain accurate job records and handle parts/inventory management
- Build positive relationships with clients through professional and timely service
- Operate independently while staying connected with internal support
