Job Description

Duties

• Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to review project plans and specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety protocols (OSHA standards).
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to guide project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Prepare construction estimates and budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting of project costs.
• Implement effective communication strategies among team members to facilitate smooth operations on-site.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of pipeline construction processes is a plus.
• Excellent skills in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
