Job Description

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial preferred)
• 2+ years of experience with project coordination
• Semiconductor industry, SEMI S2 preferred
• Experience managing teams, projects, and budgets
• Experience delivering client focused solutions based on customer needs
• Experience developing project budgets and resource allocation plans, and regularly analyzing cost estimates
• Experience resolving technical challenges, addressing client concerns, and implementing corrective actions
• Experience with Industrial Control Panel (UL508) preferred

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support customer projects from initial proposal to delivery of final product.
• Oversee the cost estimation process, developing, and implementing cost control strategies, and coordinating project activities to ensure timely and successful completion within budget.
• Develop and refine engineering processes, tools, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and technical support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee the integration and testing of systems, ensuring alignment with client specifications and operational needs.
