  • Participate in documentation reviews and gather technical insights to support pre-commissioning, NOC, and service teams
  • Create and maintain user guides, technical documentation, and knowledge base materials
  • Help manage the lifecycle of QA documentation and ensure access through a centralized repository
  • Interpret, build upon, and ensure compliance with company quality assurance standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure knowledge assets are leveraged effectively

Your Experience and Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
  • Experience in QA testing, technical documentation, or related roles in a hardware/software product environment
  • Familiarity with firmware fundamentals and hardware-software integration
  • Understanding of QA best practices including defect management, version control, and testing methodologies
  • Strong technical writing skills and experience creating documentation for internal or customer-facing use
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively across engineering, operations, and service functions
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working around high-voltage systems and following safety protocols
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multitasking environment
  • Ability to travel up to 5% for work-related activities, including site visits or field investigations

Physical and Environmental Demands
