We’re currently seeking a Showing Agent to conduct move-in / move-out walk-throughs, host open houses, and show our premium rental listings to prospective tenants. • Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
• Host open houses and private showings for our rental listings
• Help clients refine their home search and match them with ideal rental properties
• Manage signage and lockboxes before showings
• Ensure smooth communication by returning calls, texts, and emails promptly
• Represent BricksFolios’ commitment to world-class service

• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
