Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our client's team in Birmingham, Alabama. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to meet organizational needs. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic retail environment while utilizing your expertise in full-cycle recruiting. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify candidates with relevant experience for various roles. - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Utilize platforms such as Indeed and other recruiting tools to attract top talent. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. - Conduct cold calling and proactive outreach to build a robust talent pipeline. - Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience. - Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment processes and strategies. - Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities and candidate data. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruiting effectiveness. Requirements - Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or agency setting. - Proficiency in using CareerBuilder and other recruiting platforms. - Strong skills in cold calling and proactive candidate engagement. - Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Knowledge of best practices in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
