Becoming a Team Member
As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the staffing needs of the organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and requirements
Utilize HR sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse talent
Manage campus recruitment initiatives to attract entry-level candidates
Utilize applicant tracking systems for candidate management
Coordinate employee evaluation processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems such as Rippling & Asana experience preferred
Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit
Experience in employee evaluation processes
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
Previous experience in recruitment or a related HR role is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
