Job Title: Roof Repair Technician

P.J. Fitzpatrick, Inc. is looking for a reliable and skilled Roof Repair Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing excellent customer service while maintaining the highest standards of quality in our roofing projects.

Main Responsibilities:

• Inspect roofs to identify leaks or damage and recommend repairs.
• Execute repairs using various tools and materials for roofing systems.
• Communicate effectively with customers about the work needed and expected outcomes.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Ensure timely completion of jobs and scheduled appointments.
• Provide written estimates for potential repairs.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and material used.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in roofing, including repair and installation.
• Strong understanding of various roofing systems and materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials and climb ladders.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
