We are a locally based promotional marketing firm looking for additional Sales and Marketing Specialists. Our sales team takes pride in actively promoting our clients' brands while providing sales support to consumers.

The ideal candidate would possess a student mentality, determination, and the ability to excel in a leadership role. Our Sales and Marketing Specialist would be responsible for providing sales, marketing, and customer service experience intended to improve our client's profitability. We are looking for team-oriented individuals who enjoy working with others and want to gain experience in marketing and sales.

Responsibilities Include:

• Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions
• Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
• Represent the brand through direct marketing campaigns
• Interact with consumers and provide quality customer service.
• Assist customers with questions, concerns, and sales interactions
• Acquiring new customers
• Act as the main point of contact for customer relations

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer-facing roles (restaurant/service industry, retail, sales, customer service) preferred
• Goal-oriented with a student mentality
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• A friendly and energetic personality with a customer service focus
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints promptly
• Availability to work flexible shifts
