Role: SAP FPSL Consultant

Location: Morristown, NJ

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

• Implement and support SAP FPSL (Financial Products Subledger) to handle subledger accounting for financial instruments.
• Integrate SAP BW on HANA for analytical reporting and data warehousing needs.
• Develop or configure FIORI apps to provide intuitive, role-based interfaces to end-users.
• Utilize CVPM (Content Value Processing Module) for mapping accounting logic and transformations.
• Configure SDL (Source Data Layer) for inbound data extraction from source systems (e.g., loans, derivatives, insurance, etc.).
• Configure and manage RDL (Results Data Layer) to handle subledger results for downstream reporting and general ledger transfer.
• Collaborate with finance and IT teams to define functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure alignment of configuration with financial regulatory compliance and reporting standards (e.g., IFRS 9, IFRS 17).
