**QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, MIS, a technical-related field, or equivalent experience + 5+ years' experience developing distributed/scalable systems + Demonstrated proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C++ Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code + Proficiency developing and consuming APIs + Thorough understanding of what it takes to deliver an application from inception to production + Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team + Opinionated but you appreciate an environment where feedback is freely given, and your ideas are challenged + Comfortable mentoring other developers + Experience working with the OpenAI SDK, and AI frameworks + Understanding of AI principles (LLMs, Models, RAG, Agents, etc.) and experience with integrating AI into overall solution design + Have shipped an AI driven application to production + Comfortable using coding assistants like GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Cursor to improve developer efficiency + Experience with AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot or Glean a plus + Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services is a strong plus **World Wide Technology is an Equal Opportunity Employer.** We strive to create an environment where all employees are empowered to succeed based on their skills, performance, and dedication.
