A highly regarded global law firm is seeking two Temporary Conflicts Analysts to join their team for a two-to-three-month commitment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced legal professionals to contribute to a high-functioning risk management department at a firm known for its collegial culture and professional excellence. Key Responsibilities:

• Review new business and hire requests to ensure alignment with firm policies and ethical standards.
• Research and assess potential conflicts of interest, collaborating with attorneys and the firm’s risk team on resolutions.
• Assist with documentation related to new matters, including engagement letters and internal communications.
• Support attorneys and staff with conflicts-related inquiries, providing clear, client-centered assistance.
• Communicate with legal staff on matters in a clear, concise and confidential manner.
• Participate in training initiatives, software testing, and special projects such as bankruptcies or group hires.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience within legal conflicts. You have at least four years of experience working in a conflicts, legal assistant, or new business intake role at a law firm.
• Analytical. You enjoy digging into the data, details, and solving complex puzzles with a high degree of accuracy.
• Adaptable. You stay organized under pressure, prioritize effectively, and pivot easily when priorities shift.
• Tech-savvy. You’re confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and can learn new systems quickly.
