Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Respiratory Therapist for a travel job in Cornelius, North Carolina.

& Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, nights
• Employment Type: Travel

• Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years Respiratory Therapy
• Will you accept a first-time traveler? Not preferred

Patient Types/Common Diagnoses:

• Will work throughout facility as scheduled
• Adult Care, NICU (no pediatric)

Required Licenses:

• AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, AHA NRP R
• RT or CRT
• NC Licensure

Skills required:

• Critical Care
• NICU
• ED
• Progressive Care
• All Floor Therapies

Technology/Equipment:

• EMR: EPIC
• Department specific Equipment: May use any of the following - Servo ventilators (to include I, U, and Airs), Trilogy, ResMed AirCurve, HiFlow, Airvo, NOXbox, bubble cpap

Floating requirements:

• Region 1 - Cabarrus, University City, Stanly, Lake Norman, any Freestanding ED within Region, Central Division (CMC Main + Mercy + LCH)
• If floating mid-shift, Traveler will be paid for the time traveling between facilities (will remain on the clock)

Scheduling:

• Weekend rotation: every other
• No call required for Travelers
• Holiday Expectations: Travelers will work 75% of holidays
  • 2 winter holidays and 2 summer holidays (depends on length of contract, but can be negotiable)
• RTO: Can approve up to 6 days off, excluding holidays – must add time to the end of the contract if unable to meet contracted hours
