  • Staff Development & Support: Provide mentorship and coaching to ensure the team has the tools and knowledge to succeed. Encourage a proactive approach to problem-solving and professional development.
  • Community Engagement: Help promote the practice's values in the local community. Build partnerships and represent the practice at events or through outreach to expand our presence.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the veterinary or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of business operations, budgeting, and financial management.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of driving success.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire a team.
  • Ability to balance a positive work culture with high performance and accountability.
  • Proficiency in office software and veterinary practice management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-focused approach.
