Full-Time, Live-In Position to begin in Palm Beach, FL (October)
Loving, Energetic, and Experienced Nanny Needed for Two Young Children Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL (Winters) and Haddonfield, NJ (Summers)
Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM starting in FL in October 2025 (with flexibility for occasional evenings, overnights, and travel) and transitioning to Haddonfield, NJ next summer (2026).
Compensation: $30-$35/hr DOE + PTO | Private Bedroom & Bathroom in both homes
NOTE: Family is considering candidates who are living locally to Palm Beach Gardens, FL and/or Haddonfield, NJ to live-in.
This is not a relocation position. Are you a warm, experienced nanny who loves creating magical moments for little ones while keeping their days running smoothly and safely? A loving family with a 2-year-old boy and a baby girl (7 months old at the time the position starts in Oct) is seeking a
kind, patient, and creative full-time live-in Nanny to join their home and become part of the family.
Newborn and infant experience is important. This is a unique opportunity to care for two sweet children in beautiful seasonal locations-winters in sunny Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and summers in charming Haddonfield, NJ. You'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom in both homes, access to a family car, and the support of a team that includes a housekeeper, personal assistant, a private chef (in NJ), and loving, communicative parents.
Who You Are: You're nurturing, playful, and firm but kind. You love spending your days engaging little ones in age-appropriate play, teaching them new things, creating enriching routines, and helping them grow and thrive.
You're emotionally mature, highly organized, and respectful of family values and routines. You're also proactive, adaptable, and a great communicator-whether you're talking to a toddler at their level or communicating with clarity to a parent.
Your Role Includes (but is not limited to): - Engaging in creative and developmentally appropriate play
- Light cooking/meal prep for the children (especially in FL)
- Light cleaning and children's laundry
- School drop-off/pick-up (valid driver's license required; car provided)
- Bottles and feeding (especially for infant)
- Nap time and bedtime routines
- Bath time and diapering
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and joyful environment
- Travel with family and occasional overnights when parents are away
- Monitoring and managing food allergies (peanut/sesame); EpiPen trained or willing to be trained

Position Responsibilities - Childcare: 02 Children, Ages 2 years (B) and 7 months (G) at the time the job starts
