Do you enjoy facilitating New Hire Orientations, as well as developing and creating training programs? **If the above describes your work as an experienced trainer, YOU could be the Training Specialist Devereux is looking for!** **Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health** is one of the nation's largest nonprofit organizations providing services, insight and leadership in the evolving field of behavioral healthcare. **Devereux Arizona** serves more than 4,000 individuals with emotional, behavioral, and cognitive differences each year across the state. We offer residential treatment, short-term residential treatment, a private school, community-based services, integrated care services, prevention programs, respite services and therapeutic foster care. Located in **Phoenix, AZ** the **Training (Learning) Specialist** schedules and delivers training and development to Devereux-Arizona employees using a variety of instructional strategies and activities suited for adult learners. The Learning Specialist will monitor, evaluate, and record training activities as well as assist to create and develop training materials.
