If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return the item from your order.
Please note that:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Items returned without prior communication may not be accepted.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please Contact Us with your order number and clear photos of the issue within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
